Fun with Sparklers
Emily admires her sparkler. Getting to play with fire before bedtime is always fun!
Adam, too, liked his sparkler. We are only allowed sparklers (the ones on the metal stick that get REALLY hot) and snakes.
No, sorry Belle. No sparklers for you this year. She does have a little fountain hairstyle if you look closely. Her first ponytail!
Belle has learned how to dance. I love the little bounce that she does. She loves music and songs. She'll clap along and smile.

Those are great pictures! Belle's getting so big. We had to go to Tennessee to get fireworks and we made Josh pay for half of them. :) The sparklers were actually the most dangerous things we bought, several little kids in the neighborhood burned their feet on them! So we still have a bunch of packages of sparklers that we get to be nagged about until we throw them away or give in.
We should have went to our friends in NE. She said "everything goes" it terms of fireworks. Said that there was even a little fire that started in the middle of the street from too many fireworks being set off at once. The police just drove right by it and didn't even stop!
